Training begins, Goal set!

Alright, I've started training for my 5K by touching my toes every morning and going dancing for an extra 2 hours each week!

Hey, I never said I would win.

I did, however, set an ambitious goal for myself: $1,080.00 in a week and a half.

I know that sounds like a HUGE number, but I am supposed to be experienced at fund raising, so I thought I'd go all out with this.

Just to make things interesting, I have also decided that if I meet my goal, I will run the 10K instead of the 5K. I suppose that gives me an incentive not to achieve my goal, but the suspense will be enough to keep me motivated.
